We are currently looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Service Crew and kitchen crew members to join our dynamic team. As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Assist with cashiering and payment processing
• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed
• Prepare and cook food according to company SOP and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Assist in food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety and Halal requirements at all times.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – we provide training!
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• A team player with strong customer service skills
• Prefer for those who have typhoid
