We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent dining service to guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Set and clear tables according to restaurant standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous waiter or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic cash-handling and POS knowledge.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Certification: Food Handling / Food Safety Certificate is required.
• Additional Certification: Basic First Aid, Hospitality Service, or other relevant hospitality certifications are an advantage.
