Role Overview

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery, or a defined component of a contract, to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Skills Required

• Required: Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management
• Recommended: Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning
• Suggested: Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management and Work Management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of Trade Finance delivery experience.

• Strong end-to-end delivery and implementation background.
