We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef / Senior Cake Baker to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries and desserts.
• Handle cake decoration, finishing and presentation.
• Develop new cake recipes and improve existing products.
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage daily baking production and guide junior bakers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cake baking and pastry production.
• Strong skills in cake decoration and finishing.
• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Responsible, creative and detail-oriented.
• Able to work well in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
