Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1–2 years of relevant working experience will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, organised, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.

Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documents.

Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

Assist with data entry and updating financial transactions in the accounting system.

Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial records.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts when required.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account schedules.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and payment records.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.

Assist with audit, tax, and statutory documentation when required.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the superior.
