Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low-code applications and automated workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Implement AI-assisted form and document processing for information extraction, summarisation, validation and routing for human review.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems using approved connectors, Microsoft Graph or REST APIs.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, access control and data governance requirements.
• Conduct testing, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical documentation, user training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in low-code development, workflow automation or enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted document processing and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of security, privacy and data governance controls.
• Current, verifiable AI-related certification from Microsoft or an equivalent provider; certification evidence must be submitted with the CV.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI services or equivalent enterprise-approved AI tools will be good to have.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
