Must have prior work experience. Responsibilities include supervising construction workers and assigning tasks. Can read construction drawings,coordinating with the Design and Quantity Surveyors departments to resolve issues,checking project technical specifications and construction drawings. Conducting site visits to inspect and supervise works and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality and safety standards.. Perform building/site inspections. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Managing materials on site, leading the works team, and ensuring accurate reporting to maintain smooth project progress.
