我們現正為一家頂級奢華零售品牌招聘一支專業的客戶顧問團隊,服務其位於九龍區全新開設的高級糖果精品店。
工作內容
為顧客提供專業、親切及個人化的購物體驗,展現品牌的高級定位及服務標準。
介紹糖果產品的特色、口味、成分及致敏原資訊,並按顧客喜好及送禮需要推薦合適產品。
主動推廣產品及禮盒,配合店舖銷售活動,協助達成個人及團隊銷售目標。
負責產品包裝、禮盒配搭及禮品包裝,確保出品質素及外觀符合品牌要求。
處理收銀、付款及顧客訂單,確保交易準確,並妥善跟進查詢及售後需要。
協助收貨、補貨、存貨盤點及產品陳列,留意產品有效日期及儲存要求。
維持店舖、陳列區及工作範圍整潔,遵守食品衞生要求及店舖日常營運程序。
申請要求
中學學歷以上。
具備 良好英語溝通能力 ;懂廣東話及普通話者更佳但並非必要條件。
必須具備直接接待及服務顧客的工作經驗。
具酒店、奢侈品零售、顧客服務、高級餐飲業工作經驗者優先。
曾於朱古力、糖果或雪糕店工作者更佳。
待客有禮,具良好服務態度及團隊合作精神。

We are currently recruiting a team of professional Client Advisors for a top-tier luxury retail brand’s prestigious new candy boutique in Kowloon.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver a professional, welcoming and personalised shopping experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and service standards.
Introduce product features, flavours, ingredients and allergen information, and recommend suitable products based on customers’ preferences and gifting needs.
Proactively promote products and gift boxes, support in-store sales initiatives, and contribute to individual and team sales targets.
Handle product packaging, gift box arrangements and gift wrapping, ensuring presentation and quality meet brand standards.
Process payments and customer orders accurately, and follow up on enquiries and after-sales service requests.
Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stocktaking and visual merchandising, while monitoring product expiry dates and storage requirements.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store, display areas and workspace, and comply with food hygiene requirements and daily operational procedures.
Requirements
Secondary education or above.
Good English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is essential.
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service or fine dining is preferred.
Previous experience in a chocolate, candy or ice cream shop is an advantage.
A courteous manner, strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
Overseas applicants are welcome. The company can provide Hong Kong employment visa application support for suitable candidates, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
Employee Benefits
Basic salary plus team-based commission: HK$23,000–HK$30,000+ per month.
Eight working hours per day, plus a one-hour lunch break.
Eight rest days per month, 17 public holidays and 12 days of annual leave.
