Corporate Real Estate Specialist | 12-Month Contract | Singapore | Hybrid

Our client, a leading life insurer in Singapore, is looking for a Corporate Real Estate Specialist to lead a major office move and other workplace projects. You will own projects from start to finish and work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and suppliers.

What you will do

• Manage corporate real estate projects end to end, including scope, business case, procurement, design, fit-out, relocation and handover
• Act as the main project lead, responsible for timelines, budgets, risks and delivery
• Turn business needs into practical workplace and space solutions
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and stakeholder communication plans
• Coordinate internal teams, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Track project spend against budget and find opportunities for savings
• Manage tenders, supplier performance, variations and cost control
• Prepare clear recommendations and papers for senior management
• Make sure projects meet health and safety, sustainability and internal control requirements
• Keep project, financial, contract and property records up to date

What you will need

• 6 to 8 years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace, property or project management
• A track record of delivering real estate projects such as fit-outs, relocations or refurbishments from start to finish
• Experience managing several projects or workstreams at the same time
• Strong understanding of budgets, procurement, contracts and supplier management
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations
• Experience in financial services or corporate real estate is preferred
• Degree or professional qualification in real estate, property, construction, project management or business is desirable
• RICS, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar is an advantage
