We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Manager to manage the daily sales and operations of our food stall. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Increase sales through promotions, combo offers, and special deals.

• Monitor daily sales, cash collections, and digital payments.

• Identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing customers.

• Maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.

Food Stall Operations

• Supervise daily food stall operations and ensure timely service.

• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, and proper presentation.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely purchases.

• Minimize food wastage and control operating costs.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
