Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and outgoing Beauty Sales Associates to join our retail team. Training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable products to increase sales
• Promote products actively to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness consistently
• Support daily retail operations to ensure smooth store functioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to assist a diverse customer base
• Exhibit friendly, outgoing, and confident behavior when approaching customers
• Maintain a positive, sales-driven attitude to motivate performance
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
