Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating over the phone? We are looking for a Survey Verification Officer to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate survey administration and validate completed survey data for accuracy and reliability.
• Make outbound calls to respondents to verify and clarify survey information.
• Review and verify completed survey cases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide professional and personalized assistance to respondents regarding survey-related matters.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Perform data entry, update survey statuses, and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Support the team and contact service centre with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Maintain high work quality while meeting established performance targets and KPIs.
• Work proactively and independently to meet deadlines.
• Adapt quickly to computer systems and relevant software applications.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with respondents.
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service, survey administration, data entry, or call centre operations is an advantage.
