Responsibilities:
Coordinate Construction Projects

: Oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Manage Subcontractors

: Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

Communicate with Stakeholders

: Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to keep everyone informed and aligned.

Develop Project Timelines

: Create detailed project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with local building codes.

Monitor Performance

: Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality control measures.

These responsibilities may vary based on the specific project and company requirements.

Coordinating with architects, engineers, plumbers and electricians

Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bids and contracts

Communicating project updates to clients and other interested parties, such as consultants

Leading project meetings and maintaining accurate documentation, including drawings, change orders and project plans

Enforcing employee safety procedures and environmental regulations, such as the Clean Air Act (CAA)

Procuring project materials, equipment and permits

Resolving project issues to prevent delays or budget overages
