Job Description: Client Partner – Public Sector (IT Services)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to manage and grow strategic Public Sector and Government accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, account growth, business development, and government sales within the IT services industry.
Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience managing Public Sector/Government accounts.
• Strong understanding of government stakeholders, procurement processes, tenders, and RFPs.
• Experience managing enterprise sales cycles within the public sector.
• Proven track record of growing and expanding client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships within assigned public sector accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize client value.
• Identify new stakeholders and create opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with delivery, presales, alliance, and marketing teams to ensure client success.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including tenders and RFPs.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular business updates.
• Identify and close business opportunities, including contract extensions, scope expansions, and change requests.
• Achieve revenue and order booking targets.
