岗位职责

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor network devices, connectivity, and alerts using network monitoring tools.
  • Provide first-level support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic network problems involving routers, switches, access points, and network cables.
  • Perform initial diagnostics for IP address conflicts, DNS, DHCP, gateway, and connectivity issues.
  • Use tools such as ping, tracert/traceroute, and ipconfig/ifconfig to identify network problems.
  • Assist with basic router and switch troubleshooting under established procedures.
  • Check device status, interface connectivity, link lights, and physical cable connections.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
  • Record troubleshooting steps, findings, resolutions, and escalation details accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L2/L3 network engineers within defined SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate with remote support teams, field engineers, and end users to resolve issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, security policies, and change-management guidelines.
  • Support routine network health checks and assist with planned maintenance activities.
  • Provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCNA certification or currently preparing for CCNA.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL incident management and SLA requirements.
