We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Executive who will be responsible for coordinating daily project activities with various stakeholders, resolve minor onsite issues and track project expenses to join our team
Job Description & Requirements
Coordinate daily project activities with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet schedule and quality expectations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (method statements, site diaries, drawings registers, progress reports) and ensure accurate version control.
Track project expenses, verify delivery orders and invoices, and maintain cost records for PM review and budget control.
Support procurement by consolidating material requisitions, following up on deliveries, and flagging risks that may impact timelines.
Attend site meetings, record minutes and action items, and monitor closure of actions within agreed timeframes.
Resolve minor onsite issues (e.g., coordination clashes, access, material readiness) under the guidance of the Project Manager, escalating promptly when required.
Update project schedules and dashboards, reflecting progress, delays, and recovery plans as advised by the PM.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality processes by conducting basic checks (housekeeping, permits ready, drawings latest) and reporting deviations.
Assist with inspection requests, defect lists, and handover documentation to support timely completion.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader project team, maintaining clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related field
2–4 years in project coordination within construction or interior fitout projects.
Working knowledge of construction/fitout processes, drawings, and site coordination practices.
Proficient with Microsoft Office/365; familiarity with project management and document control tools preferred.
Able to read technical drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (design, site, procurement).
