HR Executive – Security Industry (100% Remote Work)

Job Requirements – Mandatory

• Must have recent and relevant HR experience in a Singapore security company.
• Candidates without security industry experience will not be considered.
• Must have hands-on experience recruiting Security Officers (SO) and Senior Security Officers (SSO).
• Must be familiar with security officer recruitment, deployment coordination, and HR operations within the security industry.
• Must have a good understanding of Singapore MOM procedures and relevant security industry requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote working environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SO and SSO positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable security officer candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding and relevant employment documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and management regarding recruitment and staffing requirements.
• Support daily HR operations and administrative duties.
