岗位职责
Coordinate flight bookings with airlines for shipment arrangements
Arrange shipments with customers and external contractors
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Collaborate closely with operations team to fulfil customer requirements
Ensure adherence to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Update shipment data accurately in the system
Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, carriers and customs on shipment requirements
Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
Track shipment progress to support month-end operational targets
Coordinate with billing team to close jobs and process invoicing
Manage supplier invoice discrepancies and resolve disputes
Lead issue resolution and ensure service recovery when required
Identify and implement improvements to enhance team service capabilities
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
