Job Summary

You will support HR operations by managing recruitment postings, coordinating employee medical and immigration processes, administering payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Post recruitment advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Communicate effectively with internal employees and external vendors to support HR functions
• Manage office sundry purchases to ensure timely availability of supplies
• Administer payroll processes accurately and timely
• Assist in renewing employment contracts to maintain workforce compliance
• Coordinate medical arrangements for foreign employees, including work pass medical check-ups and vaccinations
• Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible employee records for compliance and reference
• Support coordination of social and recreational activities to enhance employee welfare
• Enter HR data related to employee information and training records into relevant systems
• Manage and route incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel efficiently
• Assist with work pass applications and other immigration-related documentation
• Prepare and submit surveys and reports required by government bodies and statutory boards
