岗位职责
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Department.
Handle urgent customer enquiries received via telephone, email, and messaging platforms when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
Verify customer order details, including pricing, discounts, product codes, and stock availability, before processing sales orders in coordination with Sales Representatives.
Assist walk-in customers when the Marketing Department is unavailable.
Compile and update commercial sales revenue records using data provided by the Accounts Department.
Coordinate after-sales follow-ups with key customers on quotation disputes, service issues, and loan equipment matters, in consultation with the Sales Department Head.
Prepare sales quotations and ensure accuracy of information.
Apply AI tools where relevant to enhance administrative productivity and work processes.
Carry out other related administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
