Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical performance of generators, BESS, power cables and distribution boards.
Lead product testing, technical reviews and design improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency and safety.
Evaluate new technologies and conduct feasibility studies for new product development.
Guide and mentor engineers and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and external partners on product evaluation and technical solutions.
Provide technical support to sales and business development teams during client discussions.
Keep abreast of industry developments in power generation, energy storage and hybrid power systems.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in power solutions, generators, BESS or power distribution systems.
Strong technical knowledge of power generation, energy storage and distribution.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical requirements and practical applications.
Familiarity with Singapore safety and regulatory standards is an advantage.
