Role Description This full-time, remote Senior Marketing Analyst role is responsible for turning complex data into clear marketing insights that drive growth across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s key verticals. Day-to-day, the Senior Marketing Analyst will analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and product usage data, and translate findings into recommendations for marketing strategy and channel optimization. The role includes developing dashboards and reports, segmenting audiences, and building measurement frameworks to track acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Senior Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and data science teams to design experiments, refine targeting, and support go-to-market initiatives. This position also contributes to forecasting, market research, and performance reviews that inform leadership decisions and long-term planning.

• Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics capabilities, including campaign measurement, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Sales metrics and funnels to align marketing performance with revenue outcomes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in data querying or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python or R for analysis) is highly beneficial.
• Background in digital marketing analytics (e.g., web analytics, CRM data, marketing automation platforms) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in AI, fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech domains is an advantage.
