Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meal sets, including rice, meat, vegetables, side dishes, and other ready-to-eat meals.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation guidelines.
• Ensure meals are prepared on time and sufficient quantities are available for daily sales.
• Monitor food freshness, quality, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Comply with food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Monitor ingredient usage, minimise food wastage, and assist with stock replenishment.
• Assist with meal packing, labelling, and food display when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, catering, food court, or supermarket kitchen is preferred.
• Able to prepare various local dishes and meal sets.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per hour
