* Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for candidates and hiring managers across various departments and levels.

* Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring accuracy andcompleteness of candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring progress.

* Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including offer letters, onboarding materials, and pre-employment checks.

* Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

* Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of recruitment channels, and suggest improvements.

* Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information.

* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Head of Strategic Recruitment.
