TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) matters.
Process supplier invoices and payment records.
Record daily sales and purchase transactions.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Assist with bank reconciliation and accounts data entry.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
Perform other general accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge with relevant working experience in AP/AR.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Able to commit to the full 3-month contract period.
Company Location: West Singapore
Contract Period: Mid-December 2026 to Mid-March 2027
Working Days: 5 Days week Working hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500 per month
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens & Singapore Permanent Residents only
