Job Summary

Support IT service delivery through engineer scheduling, deployment tracking, asset record maintenance, order processing and SLA reporting. Coordinate with customers and internal sales, operations and finance teams to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer site surveys, deployment schedules and asset patching activities with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain deployment trackers, monitor outstanding activities and follow up on delays or incomplete documentation.

• Upload and update IT asset information in internal systems, checking records for accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare and submit operational reports within agreed SLA timelines.

• Process purchase orders, customer orders and invoices, verifying the accuracy of supporting information.

• Liaise with sales, operations and finance teams to resolve order, billing and deployment discrepancies.

• Respond to customer enquiries concerning orders, deployment progress and service arrangements.

• Maintain organised records of purchase orders, invoices, asset updates and completed service activities.

Requirements

• Experience in IT service coordination, deployment administration or a similar operations support role.

• Practical experience maintaining IT asset records and deployment trackers.

• Experience coordinating engineer schedules, site activities or service appointments.

• Familiarity with purchase order processing, invoicing and operational documentation.

• Ability to prepare accurate reports and meet service-level deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple activities across different teams.

• Clear communication skills when liaising with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders.
