Marketing Operations Intern

Location: Bukit Merah, Singapore

Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site with flexible working hours

Suitable for: Polytechnic and University students currently studying in Singapore, including those completing a school-required internship or attachment.

About Clinic Genie

Clinic Genie is a Singapore-based marketing agency specialising in private and specialist medical clinics.

We help healthcare providers strengthen their online presence through SEO, Google Ads, website development, branding, content marketing, social media, photography, video and AI search optimisation.

Our work combines creativity, research and digital strategy. We develop marketing solutions around how patients search for information and engage with healthcare providers, while maintaining accuracy, credibility and compliance with Singapore's healthcare advertising guidelines.

About the Role

Enjoy keeping things organised, working with people and seeing projects come together?

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you'll play a supporting role in keeping our marketing projects organised and moving forward, while gaining hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.

You'll work alongside our team to coordinate tasks, track deadlines, prepare content and support ongoing projects for medical clinic clients.

From following up on deliverables and organising content calendars to preparing social media posts and publishing blog articles, you'll gain a practical understanding of how a marketing agency operates.

We're looking for students who enjoy taking initiative, paying attention to details and following through on responsibilities. You'll have opportunities to contribute ideas, develop your skills and gradually take greater ownership of assigned tasks.

What You'll Be Working On
Project Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines and deliverables across multiple client projects
• Track project progress, update task management systems and follow up on outstanding items
• Organise meeting notes, action points, project files and internal records
• Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Flag delays, clarify requirements and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

Content & Social Media Support

• Assist with planning and preparing social media content for medical clinic clients
• Draft captions, short-form marketing copy and content ideas
• Maintain content calendars and assist with scheduling social media posts
• Upload, format and publish blog articles and website content
• Coordinate content materials with designers and review drafts for accuracy and consistency

Digital Marketing & Research

• Conduct basic keyword research, competitor analysis and healthcare topic research
• Support website content updates and on-page SEO improvements
• Assist with compiling marketing performance data and preparing simple reports
• Explore digital tools and AI-assisted workflows to support research, content and coordination
• Gain exposure to SEO, Google Ads, website analytics and healthcare marketing practices

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Media or a related field
• Are available for a full-time, on-site internship at our Bukit Merah office
• Enjoy organising tasks, keeping track of details and coordinating activities
• Have an interest in content creation, social media or digital marketing
• Communicate clearly and have a good command of written and spoken English
• Are reliable, proactive and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
• Can follow through on assigned tasks, meet deadlines and communicate progress
• Are comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or similar digital tools
• Work well independently and collaboratively, and are receptive to feedback

Previous experience in marketing, content creation, project coordination or administrative support would be an advantage, but is not required.
