Job Responsibilities:


Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and overall site operations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise site activities to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
Identify and resolve project-related issues, delays and operational challenges.
Ensure construction works comply with Singapore safety regulations and building requirements.
Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Manage project resources, costs and documentation to ensure timely project delivery.



Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
Experience in managing construction projects and overseeing site operations.
Good knowledge of construction processes, project budgeting and safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.
