岗位职责

  • Manage food production and cooking for daily sales.
  • Assist the culinary manager in assigning duties related to kitchen operations.
  • Work with multiple POS systems by entering and processing orders.
  • Organize and put away inventory as it arrives, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Cook all orders entered in the POS system, enter orders in the POS system, and clean the kitchen when closing.
  • Have ServSafe food sanitation certification.
  • Prepare varied culinary dishes customers need.
  • Maintain and follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
