- Lead the preparation of partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and business cases.
- Negotiate and manage strategic collaborations that deliver measurable outcomes and mutual value.
- Represent the Academy at key conferences, forums, and industry platforms to strengthen its profile and generate partnership, sponsorship, and funding opportunities.

2. Revenue Generation, Funding and Financial Sustainability

- Identify and develop commercial, sponsorship, and programme-based opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
- Support leadership in setting and achieving partnership, funding, and revenue targets.
- Monitor partnership performance, financial outcomes, and return on investment to ensure sustainable growth.

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Communications

- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across industry, healthcare, government, academia, and philanthropic organisations.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Academy, promoting strategic collaborations locally and internationally.
- Partner with the Communications team to develop audience-engagement initiatives, leveraging programme updates, partnership success stories, and targeted content to enhance visibility and attract prospective partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the Communications team to develop evidence-based thought-leadership content that strengthens the Academy's credibility and external presence.

4. Strategic Planning and Performance Management

- Advise senior leadership on strategic partnerships, business development, growth, and funding opportunities.
- Contribute to organisational planning and initiatives supporting the Academy's long-term vision and financial sustainability.
- Establish performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and evaluation mechanisms to track partnership outcomes, revenue generation, and strategic impact.
