Job Purpose

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building services systems as assigned by supervisors (e.g., Manager, Property Management, or Technical Lead).

Responsible for the daily repair, maintenance, and periodic inspection of buildings in the district Lead the engineering team in the tracking and supervision of contractors performing work Knowledge of fire system , water system, electrical system , and air conditioning operations Write simple bid/offer documents

Requirements

A minimum of Diploma or Certificate in Engineering field

Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or Grade B

A minimum of 2 years' supervisory level or above

Responsible and reliable, initiative, aggressive and leadership.

Excellent customer service attitude.

Salary $28,000 – $30,000 per month
