Account Executive (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert and process the daily client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record client deposits and disbursements in the accounting system.
• Prepare, update and maintain the daily collection reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client trust accounts and office transactions.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of all financial documents for efficient retrieval and audit purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant Accounts Receivable or accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and responsible.
• Available to serve at least for a 6 months fixed-term, with a possibility to be extended or convert to a permanent position (depending on performance)
