About the role

As a Senior Manager of Digital Business Solutions at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's digital transformation and optimising its business operations. This full-time position is located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, and offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organisation.

Main Purpose of Job:

1. Lead AEON Credit’s end-to-end digital business transformation strategy, focusing on operational modernization and digital-first solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
3. Collaborate closely with IT and other key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that support technology and business integration.
4. Champion digital initiatives that streamline processes, improve service efficiency, and reduce manual dependencies across departments.
5. Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure transformation goals align with stakeholder needs and compliance standards.
6. Drive innovation and develop practical digital solutions that support scalable business growth and enhanced user experiences.
7. Monitor project performance and transformation KPIs to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.
8. Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for project execution, business process reengineering, and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or project management, preferably within financial services or related sectors.
3. Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional digital projects and teams.
4. Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow redesign, and technology integration.
5. Experience in strategic planning and collaborating closely with IT departments and vendors.
