Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the successful operation of our restaurant. This role drives exceptional guest experiences and business performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Manage staffing by planning schedules, recruiting, training, and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, workplace safety standards, and licensing requirements
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management to optimize resources
• Analyze sales and operational data to develop and implement strategies that meet revenue and profitability goals
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to resolve issues and maintain positive relations
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-centric workplace culture
• Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
