Job Summary

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of company goals

Plan, coordinate, and monitor business activities and projects to meet deadlines and performance targets

Supervise and guide employees to maintain smooth operations and foster a collaborative work environment

Develop and implement operational procedures and business strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness

Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance to support informed decision-making

Maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to strengthen business networks

Handle administrative and operational matters to support seamless business functions

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability through analysis and innovation

Prepare reports and provide timely updates to management for strategic planning and review

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements

Resolve operational issues promptly by making appropriate management decisions

Perform other duties related to the company’s business activities as needed
