Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 (Commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Performance Marketing Specialist to help grow our brands by managing paid social media campaigns, analysing profitability and improving campaign performance. You will turn data into clear actions that attract the right customers and deliver measurable business results.

Job Responsibilities

 ·        Plan, set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, with a primary focus on Meta Ads.

·        Manage advertising budgets and select campaign objectives that support our business goals.

·        Track the customer journey from enquiry to booking, store visit and paying customer, working closely with the sales and outlet teams.

·        Calculate cost per enquiry, booking, visit and paying customer, and assess campaign profitability using actual revenue and relevant costs.

·        Identify underperforming campaigns, test improvements and adjust budgets based on results.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to improve ad messaging and creatives, sharing what attracts qualified customers and recommending new ideas to test.

·        Maintain accurate conversion tracking and cross-check advertising platform reports against actual bookings and sales.

·        Prepare weekly reports summarising spending, results, key findings and recommended next steps.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience managing live Meta advertising campaigns and real budgets, with results they can explain and demonstrate.
• Experience generating leads for appointment-based businesses, ideally in beauty, wellness or a similar service industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to calculate acquisition costs, assess campaign returns and turn data into practical improvements.
• Experience tracking enquiries through to bookings and sales.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and testing new ideas.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and deadlines.
• The ability to work closely with content creators and clearly communicate what needs to improve.
• An interest in beauty, wellness or AI technology, and an understanding of social media trends.

·        Experience with TikTok Ads or Xiaohongshu, and familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite, would be an advantage.
