About the role

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd' is seeking an experienced Foreigner Visa Expatriate Admin to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing visa and immigration-related processes for our foreign employees and expatriates.

What you'll be doing

• Process visa applications, work permits, and other immigration documentation for foreign employees and expatriates
• Liaise with government agencies and authorities to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee visa and immigration status
• Provide support and guidance to foreign employees and expatriates on visa and immigration requirements
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of foreign employees and expatriates
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless visa and immigration process

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or visa/immigration-related role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
