Job Description:

1. Patient Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients (inpatient and outpatient)
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, IV infusion, injections, and medication administration
• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures

2. Patient Admission & Discharge Management

• Handle patient admission and discharge processes efficiently
• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and medications
• Ensure all documentation is complete prior to discharge

3. Medication Administration & Safety

• Administer medications accurately as prescribed by doctors
• Ensure medication safety and prevent errors
• Record all medication administration in patient charts or systems

4. Documentation & Patient Records

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure all procedures and treatments are properly documented
• Comply with audit and regulatory documentation requirements

5. Clinical Operations Support

• Prepare medical equipment and supplies prior to procedures
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas

6. Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with doctors and other departments
• Provide clear information to patients and their families
• Report any changes in patient condition promptly to the doctor

7. Infection Control

• Adhere to infection control protocols and SOPs
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately
• Handle clinical waste and biohazard materials safely

8. Inventory & Supply Management

• Monitor and manage medical supplies and medication stock levels
• Report shortages to the relevant department
• Ensure proper and cost-effective utilization of resources

9. Compliance with Policies & Regulations

• Follow Clinic policies and procedures
• Comply with guidelines set by Ministry of Health Malaysia
• Participate in internal audits and quality improvement activities

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Saturday/Sunday: 8:00AM - 1:00PM

Saturday/Sunday: Alternate Rest Day (Can choose)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
