Minimum SPM holder and above

Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy.

Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools, systems, and online platforms.

English communication skills at B2 level or above.

Ability to work independently with strong sense of accountability.

Prior experience in invoice checking, customs documentation, or data entry is an advantage.

Adaptable and eager to learn.

Perform Product Identifier activities to match products against the appropriate HS Code , Company Profile, and Inventory Stock Unit.

Support the first layer of the customs clearance process to facilitate final submission.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with operational guidelines and customs requirements.

Any other brokerage/clearance handling where business requires.

KPI and productivity expectations are currently being defined and will be communicated at a later stage by management.
