Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome).

Must be available and willing to work through weekends and public holidays based on the shift roster.

Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.

Prior experience in retail sales, promoter roles, or customer service is preferred.

Basic conversational ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage).

Creative eye and willingness to learn basic balloon styling and product customization.

Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, helpful manner to drive sales.

Recommend party accessories, customized gifts, and specialized balloon arrangements based on customer needs.

Assist with basic store operations, including stock replenishing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized display.

Handle customer inquiries and coordinate order pickups or same-day local delivery dispatches.

Assist in preparing retail balloon displays and custom order arrangements as needed.
