Minimum STPM / A-Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or a related role.

Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an added advantage.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Halal Certification is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Good negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Prepare Purchase Orders upon receiving approved quotations or purchase requests.

Source for new products and suppliers when required.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.

Compile and maintain product specifications, Halal certificates, and HACCP certificates for food and non-food items.

Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain optimum inventory levels.

Monitor price fluctuations and provide weekly updates to management.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Communicate with suppliers regarding complaints and product or service issues.

Conduct supplier questionnaires and evaluations before qualifying new suppliers and perform periodic reviews.

Ensure accurate invoice closing and price matching between invoices and the ERP system.

Maintain accurate and organised records within the ERP system.

Forecast demand and plan bulk purchases to ensure sufficient availability of materials and products.

Liaise with contractors regarding repair and maintenance issues for outlets and the Central Kitchen (CK).

Track and arrange preventive maintenance schedules for outlets and the Central Kitchen.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
