Sales Role

Position Overview:
The Junior Sales Staff member is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves learning about products and services, assisting with sales processes, sourcing for new customers and onboarding them and developing the skills necessary to progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior sales staff with customer enquiries and sales transactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
Participate in training sessions to improve product and industry knowledge.
Help organise promotional events and campaigns as required.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Achieve Sales Target and Company Goals
Assist in Mystery Shopping and Research

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Degree Holder or equivalent; sales experience is a plus but not essential.
