Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain daily and weekly delivery schedules based on Purchase Orders (POs) and inventory levels.
• Monitor order fulfilment and expedite urgent order
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers and third party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and distribute daily delivery planning reports.
• Ensure timely reporting of delivery issues and customer feedback to relevant departments for follow-up and resolution.
• Adjust delivery schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and help streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates only
• Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or a related field
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel.
• Salary will be determined based on academic qualifications (CGPA), skills, and job performance..
