任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction or equivalent
- Good communication and written skill with ability to interact with people at all levels
- Willing to work and travel to different location
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years working experience.
- Preferred with driving license and have own vehicle to travel to work.
- Willing to work over the weekend during hand over period.
- Able to multi-task at work.
岗位职责
- Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times.
- Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company’s projects which include overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects
- Ensure compliance of safety and health and environment of projects in accordance to authorities' requirement
- Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects
- Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at constructions sites, lead and liaise with site personnel and sub-contractors to resolve problems
- Provide timely reports and feedback to the management
