JOB TITLE: Junior Account Assistant

Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,000+ (depending on experience and qualifications)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic accounting tasks and daily data entry.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with General Ledger (GL) entries and basic account reconciliation.
• Handle invoices, payment records, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform basic financial analysis and assist with financial reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required, including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management.
• Basic knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, with strong organizational and numerical skills.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
