岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site and fabrication inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), QA/QC procedures, and inspection plans.
Inspect materials, fabrication works, and project deliverables to identify defects and non-conformities.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project schedules.
Review contractor and supplier submissions to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit plans, and technical documentation.
Monitor quality performance, report non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate Trade Demo/Mock-up activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Review and customise IMS forms for the Novade platform, coordinating with HQ QA/QC teams on implementation.
Drive continuous improvement of quality management systems and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
Degree in Quality Assurance Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
Familiarity with Novade, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction methods, work execution, productivity, and project timelines.
Strong attention to detail, planning, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
