Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including software engineers, product managers, data analysts, and business support functions
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to develop targeted talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firm’s growth roadmap and headcount plans
Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, tech communities, referral programmes, and direct outreach to passive talent
Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and probation management through to performance reviews, career development, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures that reflect best practices and comply with MOM regulations
Coordinate learning and development initiatives including technical upskilling programmes, leadership workshops, and certification support for staff
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, and welfare concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
Prepare HR analytics reports covering headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, and engagement metrics to support data-driven people decisions for senior management
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to tech or fast-growth company environments strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM regulations, and HR compliance requirements including CPF, MOM reporting, and work pass administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, build rapport, and work effectively across all levels of the organisation
Proficient in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools, with a data-driven mindset and strong capability in Microsoft Excel or equivalent reporting tools
