We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Bar Supervisor to join our team at Jin Gastrobar, Aurum Theatre, The Gardens Mall.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily bar and F&B operations, supervising team members, maintaining service and operational standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily bar and F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all team members maintain proper grooming, professional conduct, and service standards.
• Monitor daily stock inventory, beverage usage, and wastage, and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers.
• Assist in manpower planning and staff scheduling to ensure efficient staffing during peak and off-peak periods.
• Conduct staff briefings, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar, front-of-house, back-of-house, and storage areas.
• Ensure all equipment, facilities, and amenities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Monitor daily cash handling, transactions, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Support management in achieving sales targets, operational KPIs, and budget objectives.
• Handle customer feedback and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and workplace safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage, Bar, Restaurant, or Hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in daily restaurant or bar operations, stock inventory management, and cash handling.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
