Role Overview

Directly mentored by Kenneth Lai (19-time MDRT / TOT) within AIA's top-performing district. This role is designed for ambitious professionals and high-caliber graduates to master cross-border wealth management, service High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, and fast-track into a Management Director (DD) role within 5 years.

Daily Key Responsibilities

1. *Client Portfolio & Wealth Advisory*:

* Conduct face-to-face and virtual financial consultations with mass-affluent and HNW clients (focusing on CMV & LOCAL market).

* Design tailored wealth accumulation, legacy planning, and risk protection proposals using AIA’s institutional portal.

2. *Business Development & Referral Network*:

* Acquire new clients through structured team leads, networking events, and client referral systems.

* Execute systematic follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and annual policy updates to maximize client retention.

3. *Execution & Compliance Management*:

* Complete client onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, and underwriting submission accurately with compliance standards.

* Prepare client presentation decks and market update summaries for weekly strategy sessions.

4. *Team Building (Fast-Track Leaders)*:

* Participate in recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding shadowing after achieving initial sales milestones (MDRT).

Total Compensation & Career Path

*Monthly Allowance*: HKD 15,000 – 50,000.

*Variable Income*: Uncapped Performance Commission + Quarterly Bonuses (* Expected HKD 550,000+ in 1st year*).

*Fast-Track Path*: Enrollment in the 2026 Executive Development Programme (EDP) / AIA Premier Academy -> District Director in 5 Years.

Candidate Requirements

*Education*: Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline (Fresh Grads / TTPS / IANG / QMAS Visa holders welcome).

*Licensing*: Willingness to obtain IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5 (Free professional licensing training provided).

*Languages*: Fluent Mandarin (Essential for HNW cross-border clients) + Functional English/Cantonese.

*Preferred Experience*: 1–3 years in Retail Banking (ARM/RM), Financial Services, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales Track is an advantage.
