About the Role

Emers Group is expanding into the Malaysian market and looking for a Senior Merchandise Executive to support our new business operations.

Working location: Kuala Lumpur office

Reporting line: Senior Supply Chain Manager (local)

Type of job: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage merchandise purchasing and product selection for sportswear and fashion products.
• Coordinate with Brand and regional teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing needs to support business operations.
• Work with cross-country stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising, buying, or purchasing within the sportswear, fashion, or retail industry.
• Experience working with suppliers or business partners across Southeast Asian markets.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
